2、新的增长点，这一概念也必将得到广泛的讨论，变得越来越清晰，体现得越来越具体。小区智能化系统的作用主要体现在异乡几个方面：1、住宅小区智能化系统能够提高住宅、社区的安全防范程度2、住宅小区智能化能够为小区住户提高生活方便和信息服务3、住宅小区智能化系统为物业管理提高先进的管理手段及终端的增值建立一个全天候安防监控系统，由闭路电视监控系统、巡更系统、门禁管理系统、周围防范系统、停车管理系统、可视对讲系统等组成。关键词：智能化小区闭路电视监控系统巡更系统门禁管理系统2828ABSTRACTinrecentyears,withtheacceleratedprocessofurbanization,ec
