3、ration,whatarethemaindesignchangestakeninaccountR32properties,whatarethemainoptionstohandlehighdischargerefrigeranttemperature,whataretheadvantagesandconsequencesofeachoptions,whatsolutionwillbechosen.1.INTRODUCTIONAttheendof1995,theCFCwascompletelyphasedoutindevelopedcountrie
4、s,andHCFCsrefrigerantsarelimitedforusetoprotectozonelayeraccordingtoMontrealProtocol.InSeptember2007,the19thanniversaryoftheMontrealProtocol,governmentsagreestoadvancethefinalphaseoutdateforHCFCs.Thereplacementofrefrigerantfortheenvironmentprotectionisalwayshappening.Uptonow,R
5、134a,R407C,R410AandR22aretherefrigerantmostwidelyusedintheworldonA/CapplicationR22isonlylimitedindevelopingcountriesandtheotherthreehavemoreandmorecriticismswiththecurrentenvironmentaltrendsbecauseofhighGWP.Ingeneral,thehigherthenon-flammabilityofarefrigerantis,thelargeritsGWP
6、andtheloweritsthermodynamicefficiency(RyuzaburoYajimaetal.,2000).Consideringenvironmentprotection,thereareseveralrefrigerantcandidates:R1234yf,R32,R290andCO2.FromTable1andTable2,theR32’sGWPlevelismoderate(onethirdoftheR410AGWP),butLCCPisthelowest.TheLCCPevaluatesthecompleteimp
7、acttoenvironmentfrommanufacturingtoapplicationofrefrigerantandtotheendofrefrigerantsystem.It’saveryimportantevaluationindicatorofrefrigerant.Intermsofflammability,toxicityandthermodynamicproperties(thermalconductivity,vaporizationheatandspecificvolume),R32isalsoagoodchoice.Put
