5、SiliconcarbidehasbeenacclaimedformanyofitscharacteristicsTherehasbeengrowinginterestinthemethodofelectrospinning,suchasitsmechanicalrobustness,chemicalinertness,andthermalespeciallyintheareaofceramicmaterials.Thismethodhasbeenstability.Duetothemanyuniquepropertiesofsiliconcarbide,utilizedinth
