1、...页眉摘要信息化已经成为世界经济发展的最新趋势，作为衡量一个国家和地区现代化水平和综合国力的重要标志，信息化水平的高低至关重要。作为当今信息化的最重要的组成部分之一，电子商务的发展对全世界的经济发展意义重大。现如今网络技术的迅速发展导致电子商务逆向物流越来越受到人们的特别关注。电子商务逆向物流在我国作为一个正在逐渐探索与发展的新兴产业，受到了我国政府与公民的重视。因此作为电子商务中的重要环节之一，电子商务逆向物流的基础性支撑作用是显而易见的，而其的发展水平也成为衡量一个国家电子商务后期服务水平的核心标志。本文首先通过对文献的梳理，系统的介绍了研
2、究我国电子商务逆向物流的背景、内容以及方法。其次，着重介绍了电子商务逆向物流的流程以及模式，通过图示与图表反映出我国电子商逆向物流的特点与潜在的问题。再次，对我国电子商务逆向物流的三种模式所潜在的问题进行研究并提出解决对策，分析其在我国这个电子商务逆向物流刚刚起步的大环境下是否可行，从而总结出有利于我国的电子商务逆向物流发展方向与发展方法。最后，针对分析后所总结出的问题及解决对策对我国电子商务逆向物流提出相应的展望。关键词：电子商务；逆向物流；我国....页脚...页眉AbstractInformationtechnologyhasbecomea
