1、摘要本次课题设计的是折盖封箱机,采用两侧皮带驱动来进行折盖封箱的方案,上下封箱、经济、快速、平稳。这种方案在技术上是相当成熟的一种,它被广泛应用于生产实际中。这次设计的折盖封箱机,可以根据纸箱规格,手动调节宽度及高度,可单机作业,也可与自动化包装流水线配套使用。工作时,当箱体进入工作空间后,由光电开光控制推杆使折盖机构折合箱体,当箱体运行至刀架位置时,箱体将刀架和前胶带压轮压退位,而后胶带压轮在四杆机构的作用下与前胶带压轮保持同步运动而退位,并使前面的胶带与纸箱贴合并封箱。随着箱体前进,胶带不断地抽出封在箱体上。当箱体的后部离开刀架时,前胶带压轮由于四
