3、k-mentsunderearthquakeloadingusingboththesafetyfactorandthedisplacementcriteriaofslopefailure.Inthe3Danalysis,thecriticalandtotalslopewidthsbecometwonewandimportantparameters.Theprobabilisticmodelsevaluatetheprobabilityoffailureunderseismicloadingconsideringthedifferentsourcesofuncertainti
4、esinvolvedintheproblem,i.e.uncertaintiesstemmingfromthediscrepanciesbetweenlaboratory-measuredandin-situvaluesofshearstrengthparameters,randomnessofearthquakeoccurrence,andearthquake-inducedacceleration.Themodelsalsotakesintoconsiderationthespatialvariabilitiesandcorrelationsofsoilproperti
5、es.Fiveprobabilisticmodelsofearthquake-induceddisplacementweredevelopedbasedonthenon-exceedanceofalimitedvaluecriterion.Moreover,aprobabilisticmodelfordynamicslopestabilityanalysiswasdevelopedbasedon3Ddynamicsafetyfactor.Thesemodelsareformulatedandincorporatedwithinacomputerprogram(PTDDSSA
6、).Asensitivityanalysiswasconductedonthedifferentparametersinvolvedinthedevelopedmodelsbyapplyingthosemodelstoawell-knownlandslides(Selsetlandslide)underdifferentlevelsofseismichazard.Theparametricstudywasconductedtoevaluatetheeffectofdifferentinputparametersontheresultingcriticalfailurewid
