6、previousIndustrialformulation"The1967IFCFormulationforIndustrialUse"(IFC-67)[1].FurtherdetailsabouttheformulationcanbefoundinthearticlebyW.Wagneretal.[2]andfortheextendedregion5in[2a].AdditionalsupplementarybackwardequationshavebeenadoptedbyIAPWSandarelistedin[2b].Themateri
7、alcontainedinthisreleaseisidenticaltothatcontainedinthereleaseonIAPWS-IF97,issuedbyIAPWSinSeptember1997,exceptforthebasicequationforregion5.Thepreviousbasicequationforthisregionwasreplacedbyanewequationofthesamestructure.Fortemperaturesbetween1073Kand2273K,thisequationexten
