3、butetothesearchresultswhentheywereusedasincreasinglypopular.Thesesystemsallowparticipantstoresourceindexesandwhentheywereusedtoimprovesearchannotateortagwebresources.Thispaperexaminedtheuseofresultranking.socialannotationstoimprovethequalityofwebsearch.

4、Itinvolvedtwocomponents.First,socialannotationswereusedII.RESOURCEINDEXAUGMENTATIONtoindexresources.Twoannotation-basedindexingmethodsBecauseofthelargenumberofdocumentsreturnedusingwereproposed.Second,socialannotationswereusedtofulltextindexing,rankingo

5、fsearchresultsbecomescriticalimprovesearchresultranking.Fourannotation-basedrankinginimprovingthequalityofthesearchexperienceforthemethodswereproposed.Theresultshowedthatusingonlyannotationasanindexofresourcesmaynotbeappropriate.users.Fulltextindexingis

6、thebasisofinformationretrieval.SincesocialannotationscouldbeviewedasahighlevelconceptNumerousvariationsonindexinghavebeentriedovertheofthecontent,combiningthemtothecontentofresourcecouldyears.Modernsearchenginesuseseveralmethodstofindaddsomemoreimportan

7、tconceptstotheresources.Theresultadditionalmetadatainformationtoimprovearesourcealsosuggestedthatbothstaticfeatureandsimilarityfeatureindexingforenhancingtheperformanceofthesimilarityshouldbeconsideredwhenusingsocialannotationstore-rankranking.Asexample
