3、rmodelforgeneralservicesbyutilizingsemanticinformation[4].Meanwhile,servicesemanticofsocialtagging,amultidimensional-basedthedevelopmentofsocialnetworkscanpromotesocialtaggingmethodisproposed,itallowstheusertotagtheindependentuserstobuildcertainlinksonabasisofsocialservicesfromth
4、eperspectivesoffunctionattributes,non-attributesbetweeneachother,throughtheauxiliaryfunctionalattributesandcontextualattributesoftheservices,recommendationwaytomeettheneedsofeachother.recognizingthesemanticannotationtypesofservices,reducingFOAF(Friendofafriend)isasocialnetworkvoc
5、abularythesearchscopeandimprovingservicequeryefficiency;AlsobasedonRDF[5],bycreatingmultipleFOAFfilesandFOAF(FriendofAFriend)-basedsocial-semanticwebsharingURL,sothesoftwarecanusetheinformationincommunityandsocialtaggingontology(STO)areestablished,thedocument,whiletheeasyextensio
6、nofFOAFfortheThroughtheanalysisofuserattributes,tagattributesandserviceattributesandtherelationshipamongthem,thesystemnewservicediscoverymethodprovidesagoodwillusetheruleofontologyreasoningtofindthewebservicesopportunity.tomeetuserdemand,enhancingservicessearchingofprecisionThepa
