3、oseagreatchallengeinthehardware,softwareandalgorithmde-alsorunonrealhardware,muchlikethatfoundinmanycon-signofcommunicationsystems.Rawvideotransmissionisahighbandwidthapplicationduetoitsspatialandtemporalredundan-sumermobileelectronicdevices.Doingthishighlightstheneed
4、cies.Henceeffectivevideocommunicationoverwirelesschannelsfortechniquestocopewiththeissuesthatarisewhendesigningcallsforintelligentvideocodingandprotectionschemes.Also,theembeddedsystems.Keepingtheaforementionedideasinmind,real-timenatureofvideonecessitateshighperforma
