2、binSupervisor：Prof.WangJingrongChang’anUniversity,Xi’an,China万方数据万方数据万方数据万方数据摘要随着社会公众的环保意识和对可持续发展的需求越来越强，实施绿色施工是将来建筑业发展的必然趋势，也是建筑业实现可持续发展的重要策略。但是我国的绿色施工还处于起步阶段，很多建设单位为了节约开支实施绿色施工的动力不足，导致近年来绿色建造并未在国内广泛推广，本文目的是提出政府推广对策，帮助企业推广绿色施工。本文首先分别对绿色施工及相关理论进行了说明。本文研究发现当前我国绿色施工的存在绿色施
3、工的政策法规不健全、绿色施工的技术政策支持不完善、绿色施工的作用效果不明显以及公众对绿色施工的认识不足、意识不浓等情况。对绿色施工推广实施存在的问题进行分析，主要是法律法规的约束不完善、规章制度缺乏实用性、经济激励方面缺失、监督评价体系不完善、现行建设管理体系制约绿色施工推广、.政府的作用未充分发挥以及企业对绿色施工管理缺乏重视等方面存在问题。在对我国建筑工程绿色施工推广实施存在的问题以及影响因素分析之后，本研究对绿色施工推广实施提出了改进建议，从建立系统的法规制度体系、构建完善的激励政策体系、完善监管体制、提高社会公众的绿色施工意识
