5、orabroadreadership.Itshouldnotbeassumedthatthepublishedproceedingsmustreflecttheconferenceinitsentirety.(Alistingorabstractsofpaperspresentedatthemeetingbutnotincludedintheproceedingscouldbeaddedasanappendix.)WhenapplyingforpublicationintheseriesLectureNot
6、esinPhysicsthevolume’seditor(s)shouldsubmitsufficientmaterialtoenabletheserieseditorsandtheirrefereestomakeafairlyaccurateevaluation(e.g.acompletelistofspeakersandtitlesofpaperstobepresentedandabstracts).If,basedonthisinformation,theproceedingsare(tentativ
7、ely)accepted,thevolume’seditor(s),whosename(s)willappearonthetitlepages,shouldselectthepaperssuitableforpublicationandhavethemrefereed(asforajournal)whenappropriate.Asarulediscussionswillnotbeaccepted.TheserieseditorsandSpringer-Verlagwillnormallynotinter
