2、niversityofScienceandTechnologyWuhan,Hubei430081,P.R.ChinaMay23th,2015摘要随着城镇化的发展,城市生活污水产量增加,与之增多的城市污泥的处理处置也备受关注,本文提出利用污泥为主料,添加含碳物质混合,用化学活化法制备含碳吸附剂,并利用其来处理亚甲基蓝和铜溶液废水。本文研究确定以棉花壳为添加剂,污泥与棉花壳的质量配比为1:1;ZnCl2为最佳活化剂;最佳工艺条件为:原料与活化剂固液比1:1,活化剂浓度3mol/L,热解温度为400℃,活化时间2
3、h得到吸附剂的碘吸附值为402.9842mg/g,亚甲基蓝吸附值为59.4600mg/g;最佳吸附剂的比表面积为415.04m2/g;热重分析说明ZnCl2能促进原料约13%的失重,提高了吸附剂的性能;扫描电镜分析发现吸附剂具有丰富的孔结构;红外光谱分析发现吸附剂含有C-H、C-OH、C-C、C=C等主要官能团;XRD中2θ在20°与27°时,均出现较明显的衍射峰。最佳吸附剂处理废水表明:吸附剂对亚甲基蓝、铜吸附平衡所用时间分别为30min、120min;吸附剂对浓度为50mg/L的亚甲基蓝、铜的平衡吸附量
4、分别为119.0476mg/g、192.3077mg/g;准二级动力学模型最能描述亚甲基蓝和铜在吸附剂上的吸附;两种等温吸附模型对亚甲基蓝和铜进行拟合,得出Langmuir吸附模型的拟合效果较好,相关系数分别为0.9988和0.9950,说明吸附剂对亚甲基蓝和铜的吸附是单分子层吸附;吸附剂对亚甲基蓝和铜的吸附活化能分别为4.66kJ/mol、29.86kJ/mol,说明吸附剂对其吸附为物理吸附。关键词:城市污泥;棉花壳;氯化锌;吸附剂;废水处理IAbstractWiththedevelopmentofurb
