1、圆织机的设计院(系)名称:机电工程学院专业名称:机械设计制造及其自动化学生姓名:指导教师:2011年6月摘 要随着国内外蔬果包装、米面化料、消防水袋和篷布帆布的需求增加,圆织机的结构研究、优化设计,高质、高效地生产三维织物具有重要意义。本文采用黑箱法对总功能分析以明确圆织机主机在整个系统中的性能和特征,继而用功能树的方式将总功能分解而制定工艺流程,从而将整体主机设计落实到三大机构的设计,即开口机构、送经机构、引纬机构。同时,通过经纱张力分析和生产工况分析由设计指标确定了主要设计参数。圆织机三个主要机构需协同完成经纱的奇偶分层并交错运动,纬纱的同步引入和织物定型。各个机构的设计首先通过功
2、能分析制定工艺流程,其次根据工艺需要设计典型结构。然后,对结构设计方案以比率法和加权计分法进行评价与决策,以材料力学或有限元方法进行检验和校核。最后,对机构的其他配件进行简要设计和校核。为了直观验证各个机构设计的可行性,即无结构干涉和运动碰撞。设计采用UG软件建模和仿真两大模块进行圆织机各个机构的建模、装配和运动的模拟,以3DMAX软件进行渲染和贴图。关键词:圆织机;经纱;纬纱ABSTRACTAstheincreaseintheneedofpackageforfruit,vegetable,chemicalfertilizerandcanvasinandabroad,itisnecess
