3、算作用、作用效应组合及结构抗力的大小；基于结构可靠性评估已有研究成果的归纳分析，采用定性与定量相结合的方法，构建结构的功能函数，并进行基于中欧桥梁规范设计结果的对比分析；以一次落架施工的预应力混凝土连续梁桥为研究对象，确定性对比方面计算内容包括以下几项：永久作用效应、可变作用效应、作用效应组合和正截面抗弯承载能力，可靠性主要针对的正截面的抗弯承载能力安全性从可靠性方面进行评估，确定性与可靠性方面对比分析了安全系数与可靠指标的关系。关键词：中国规范；欧洲规范；作用；作用效应；作用效应组合；承载能力；可
