1、吉林某污水处理厂提标改造研究UpgradingandReconstructionofaSewageTreatmentPlantinJilin作者姓名:王琪专业名称:环境工程指导教师:洪梅教授张富国教高学位类别:工程硕士答辩日期:2015年5月29日中文摘要吉林某污水处理厂提标改造研究我国是一个严重的缺水国家,北方地区水源性缺水尤为严重,随着城市的发展,污水量逐年增多,城市水资源的短缺以及严重的水污染现象使得国家对于污水处理的重视程度越来越高。本文通过对吉林省某污水处理厂现状进行分析,冬季出水超标尤为严重,COD、BOD、总氮、氨氮等主要指标均超标,无法满足国家现行的出水水质达一级
2、A标准,因此急需改造。通过方案比选论证,确定了本工程的主要改造方案为CAST生化池增加填料、消毒采用二氧化氯消毒、增加CYYF除臭工艺、增加深度处理工艺,经过以上改造后,该污水处理厂出水能够满足一级A标准。提出了单体改造的设计方案及设备选型方案,同时尽量利用现有的设备和土建,达到节约投资,创造较好的环境效益的目的。本文还讨论了项目施工运行过程中的环境污染因素及产污环节,提出针对该项目的环境保护措施。本工程具有一定的经济、社会以及环境效益。关键词:污水处理厂改造;CAST生化池;CYYF技术、深度处理IAbstractUpgradingandReconstructionofaSew

4、ispresentedtheoutletwaterofasewagetreatmentplantinJilinsignificantlyexceededthenationalstandardinwinter.Allprincipalpollutants,includingCOD,BOD,totalnitrogen,andammonianitrogen,couldnotmeettheClassAwaterrequirementsinthecurrentnationalstandard.Consequently,thissewagetreatmentplantneededtobeup
5、gradedandreconstructedimmediately.Throughcomparingdifferentsolutions,thereconstructionplanwasdetermined.TomeettheClassAwaterrequirements,theplanincludedincreasingthefillingofCASTbiochemicalpool,usingchlorinedioxidetodisinfect,addingaCYYFdeodorizationprocess,andanadvancedtreatment.Further,this
6、thesisproposedtheplanforsingleequipmentmodificationandequipmentselection.Inordertosaveengineeringandenvironmentalcost,theexistingequipmentandcivilworkshouldbeusedasmuchaspossible.Theenvironmentalpollutionfactorsintheprocessofconstructionandspecificenvironmentalprotectionmeasuresarealsopresent
