3、eoftheartChineseagriculturalbiomassenergyandindustrialdevelopmentofthat,combinedwith2012nationalstatisticsyearbookoftherelevantfieldsin2012,quantitativeresearchaboutagriculturalbiomassresources,includingtheproduction,theavailablereserve,thenormalizedener
4、gyamountisconducted.Meanwhile,consideringthedispersioncharacteristicsofenergydistributioninChina,weusetheenergyamountinunitareatocounttheenergydistributiondensityofaprovince.Basedonthedevelopmentstatusofvariousbiomass-basedindustries,weusetheclassicalthe
5、oryinindustrialeconomics,namely‘SCPparadigm’toanalyzethedevelopmentofagriculturalbiomassindustryinChina.Inaddition,withthebiomasspowergenerationindustrytakenastheresearchobject,usingthesystemdynamicscausalrelationshipdiagram,wehavesystematicallyanalyzedt
6、hegrowthlimitofthebiomasspowerindustrydevelopmentmodelintermsofrawmaterialbottlenecks,lackoffunds,lackoftechnologicalinnovation,thelackofpolicysupport,aswellasthenegativeenvironmentalexternalities.Accordingtoquantifiedregionaldifferencesofresourcecharact
7、eristics,fromtheindustrialorganizationpattern,industrialdevelopmentandtechnologyutilizationpatternspointsofview,webuildthreedevelopmentmodelofagriculturalbiomasspowerindustryrespectively,andpolicyrecommendationsabouteachgrowthlimitaregiven.Resultsandconc
