5、actors.Thestudyfoundthat,thebalanceddevelopmentofpreschooleducationinYanbian,bothintheurbanandruralbetweenorinternationalaresignificantlydifferent.Theeconomicfactorsaredirectlyresponsiblefortheimbalanceofthebalanceddevelopmentofeducation,childrens'YanbianCounty,andthepolicysyste
