3、semerge，scientifictestingandpracticalexperiencearestilllimited．Itisthustriedintheresearchtosubstantiatefurtherdevelopmentsinhumanresourcemanagementwithreferencetotheproblem—solvingapproachinhumanresourcemotivationandorganizationalprofitability．First，
