2、nce,communicationopenness,workdiscretion,andrewardfairnesspositivelyinfluenceemployeeintrapreneurialbehavior.Affectivecommitmentwasfoundtopartiallymediatethelinkbetweenfailuretolerance,communicationopenness,andworkdiscretion,whilefullymediatestherelationshipbetweenrewardfairnessandintrapreneurialbe

3、havior.Ontheotherhand,intrapreneurialbehaviorpositivelypredictsthetaskperformance,whilehaveanegativerelationshipwithcounterproductiveperformance.Further,organizationaltenurenegativelymoderatestherelationshipbetweenintrapreneurialbehavioranditsantecedents.Themoderatingeffectoftenureontherelationship

4、betweenintrepareneurialbehaviorandworkperformancewasfoundtobeinsignificant.Intheend,conclusionsandrecommendationshavebeengiven.Intrapreneurialbehaviorsofemployeesmayultimatelyleadorganizationstoinnovatebetter.Itisthereforenecessaryfororganizationstocreatesuchanenvironmentinwhichsuchbehaviorsofemplo
