1、广东工业大学硕士学位论文L99口服液排铅效果的实验研究姓名:林广云申请学位级别:硕士专业:化学工程指导教师:黎碧娜;李树权20050315摘要为了评价L99口服液排铅的效果,第一、研究适合的小鼠铅中毒模型。利用醋酸铅作为造模物质,使用l(M小鼠,饮水[0.1439/L、0.286g/L、0.8579/L、2.5719/L(醋酸铅)]给予小鼠染毒,分别观察lOd、20d、30d后测定血、肝、脑、肾、骨中铅的含量。观察染毒剂量、染毒时间对小鼠铅中毒模型的影响。结果显示,0.1439/L、0.286g/L、0.8579/L(醋酸铅)齐』量饮水染毒3
2、0天,不造成实验小鼠的体重增长明显下降、不降低其食物利用率,可建立小鼠铅中毒模型。第二、研究了L99口服液对铅中毒小鼠的排铅作用。把小鼠分为9组。组I和组II共用空白对照组,实验开始后,空白对照组小鼠饮用去离子水:模型对照组I和各剂量组I小鼠饮用0.1439/L醋酸铅水溶液;模型对照组II和各剂量组II小鼠饮用0.8579/L醋酸铅水溶液。同肘低剂量组I、II组灌胃给予5.OOmL(L99口服)/kgBW,中剂量组I、Ⅱ组灌胃给予10.OOmL(L99口服液)/kgBW和高帮量组I、II灌胃给予15.OOmL(L99口服液)/kgBW,实验3
