1、河北工业大学硕士学位论文CTST—F1复合塔板流体力学性能的研究姓名:吕娜申请学位级别:硕士专业:化学工程指导教师:刘继东20080501河北工业大学硕士学位论文CTST—F1复合式塔板流体力学性能的研究摘要CTST塔板和F1浮阀塔板都是性能较好的塔板,有各自的适用范围。而CTST-F1复合塔板是将两者复合,得到的新型塔板。对其流体力学性能的测定和评价,可以为优化和改进其结构提供经验和理论依据。采用空气-水物系,在直径为570mm的有机玻璃冷模实验塔中,对CTST-F1复合塔板的流体力学性能进行
2、研究。当板上液体自F1浮阀区流向CTST区时,平均清液层高度较高,液层梯度较小。在相同气速和清液层高度下,CTST-F1复合塔板的板压降大于CTST的,小于F1浮阀塔板的。CTST区的开孔面积越大,CTST-F1复合塔板的板压降越小,浮阀打开时的临界气速就越大。CTST-F1复合塔板的气相负荷上限高于F1浮阀塔板;漏液线比CTST塔板和F1浮阀塔板都低;操作弹性较大,与CTST塔板的相接近。对CTST-F1复合塔板的板压降进行了理论分析,建立了计算板压降的半经验半理论公式,计算结果与实验数据吻合
