1、南昌大学硕士学位论文废塑料与废机油共催化裂解制取燃料油的研究姓名:刘明申请学位级别:硕士专业:化学工程指导教师:郑典模20070520摘要本文开展了对废塑料与废机油共催化裂解、裂解气催化改质和燃料油后处理的研究。通过实验证实,废机油、各种废塑料均有各自的裂解温度特性,研究了不同温度和催化剂对液体燃料油收率、残渣收率、不凝气体收率的影响;研究了废机油与废塑料共裂解时,各种催化剂的催化性能,和他们对液体燃料油各馏分(汽油馏分、柴油馏分和重油馏分)收率的影响;实验表明,废机油的加入可以显著地改善传热传质条件,减少结焦和残渣的生成,而且
2、对燃料油的油质也有一定的改善。以硝酸镧、硝酸铝和尿素为原料,用改进的共沉淀法并通过微波干燥法制得以超细A1203为载体的稀土改质催化剂;实验证明,该催化剂用于对废塑料和废机油混合裂解所得的裂解气进行二次改质,可大大提高液体燃料油中汽油的收率,提高汽油辛烷值,汽油油品也得到一定程度的改善。本文对废机油和废塑料催化裂解制成的燃料油的后处理方法进行了研究,经过筛选,提出一种高效溶剂络合萃取加碱洗的非加氧精制工艺,实验证明其能显著降低燃料油色度、提高其安定性,并减少了二次污染,使成品油各项指标符合国家标准。关键词:废塑料;废机油;催化裂
