2、结合中国聚丙烯纤维市场的需求，对纤维用聚丙烯生产技术情况调研分析，迸一步从理论上对化学降解法生产纤维用聚丙烯产品的可行性进行论证，从而确定了生产方案，依据此方案组织生产。同时在生产过程中，通过对原料混合、造粒工艺的优化和工艺参数的调整，进一步优化生产方案。对生产出来的产品进行分析及外委检验，以及到用户试用，最后得出降解法生产聚丙烯专用料的相关结论。研究发现，以流动速率为129／10min左右的聚丙烯粉料为基础料，即V30G粉料为基础料进行降解生产，产品质量能够满足要求。以T30S粉料为基料进行降解生产，产品质量达不到要求，主要是鱼眼指标达不到要求。
