1、东北大学硕士学位论文PFS混凝剂在通钢焦化污水处理中的应用姓名:李重阳申请学位级别:硕士专业:化学工程指导教师:孙挺20050701PFS混凝剂在通钢焦化污水处理中的应用摘要论文对聚合硫酸铁作为混凝剂处理通钢焦化废水进行了系统的研究。研究表明,在焦化蒸氨后废水中投加铁系无机高分子混凝剂和聚丙烯酰胺是一种有效的废水处理方法,不仅有较好的处理效果,而且工艺简单,费用低廉,能够取得较好的环境效益。研究还确定了主要技术参数,给出了废水处理的工艺流程,并对实验研究结果进行了理论分析,为实际应用提供了理论依据和实际应用的工艺参数。结果表明:①用铁系混凝剂和聚丙烯酰胺处理后的焦化废水,经
2、砂滤后,COD值明显降低50%,达到3000mg/L左右,为后续的SBR系列化法提供了条件。②用混凝剂法处理焦化废水的最佳工艺条件为:处理100ml焦化废水,投加铁系混凝剂O.3ml,搅拌强度为120rpm,搅拌时间为120s;加入絮凝剂聚丙烯酰胺0.6ml,搅拌时间为60s,沉降时间为20min,pH值在9左右。用混凝剂法处理焦化废水,占地面积小,投资少,操作管理简单。经济成本:处理lt焦化废水的药剂费用约为1.01元。关键词:焦化废水混凝剂砂滤聚丙烯酰胺东北大学硕士学位论文ABSTRACTPFSCoagulationAgentApplicationInTheProces
