2、的机械制造企业，管理变革的速度和力度都落后于其他行业，为了能够顺应时代潮流，提高企业在市场中的竞争地位，在农机企业中实施知识管理当务之急。文章在企业信息化建设的基础上探索了如何将知识管理过程引入到农机企业，分析了引入知识管理的应用软件和支撑技术，研究了农机企业实施知识管理的解决方案，对农机企业知识管理进行了理论探索。通过对我国部分农机企业信息化建设调查问卷的分析，系统研究了我国农机企业对知识管理的需求以及实施知识管理的必要性和可行性。农机企业实施知识管理，其关键内容之一是解决方案及其支撑技术。通过分析LOTU

3、S、微软以及清华同方公司的知识管理解决方案，文章选用清华同方提供的企业知识管理解决方案作为农机企业知识管理建设软件平台。文章从知识管理建设的总体思路入手，分析了实施农机企业知识管理建设步骤，对具有不同信息化建设水平的农机企业，构建了不同的知识管理解决方案。以山东时风集团为例，分析了知识管理建设过程中——知识仓库的建设，提出了农机企业知识管理建设的应用框架。关键词：知识经济，知识管理，农机企业IIAbstractInthecnrrenttimes，withthefastdevelopmentofknowledg
