1、山东理工大学硕士学位论文立辊式玉米摘穗—茎秆切碎装置的研制姓名：赵洪光申请学位级别：硕士专业：农业机械化工程指导教师：张道林20050510摘要在对国内外玉米摘穗和茎秆切碎装置研究的基础上，研制出一种用于玉米收获机的集玉米果穗摘收和茎秆切碎于一体的立辊式玉米摘穗茎秆切碎装置。采用理论设计与试验分析相结合的方法对各个部件的结构和参数进行了优化设计。为了提高玉米收获机对不同行距的适应性，采用往复式切割器与分禾拨禾器相结合，并对分禾拨禾器结构进行改进和优化，实现了完全不对行收获；根据夹持输送装置中夹持速度、攫取力、夹紧力的分析和实验结果对结构进行了改进，使夹持输送装置的可靠性大大提高；为了满足玉米联

2、合收获机穗茎兼收的要求，提出立辊式玉米摘穗与茎秆切碎装置和3段式摘穗辊结构，推导出立辊式玉米摘穗辊各段长度的计算公式，经过试验确定了主要参数的选择依据及应用范围，经试验和应用证明结构合理；立式滚刀切碎装置是研究的创新点，通过对技术参数分析、计算和结构参数的分析，经试验分析证明该装置能够满足要求：对抛送和果穗输送装置进行了理论设计和试验，确定出主要参数，并通过试验对存在问题加以改进。在玉米收获季节，将该装置应用到自走式收获机上进行了大量的田间试验。结果表明，立辊式玉米摘穗茎秆切碎收获装置对不同行距的玉米收获和茎秆切碎回收具有广泛的适应性。关键词：立辊式，摘穗辊，茎秆切碎，试验AbstractAv
