1、内蒙古农业大学硕士学位论文揉碎机锤片自磨刃强化固体渗碳工艺的研究姓名:金敏申请学位级别:硕士专业:农业机械化工程指导教师:申庆泰20090501摘要锤片是揉碎机和锤片式粉碎机的主要工作部件和易损件。在揉碎机的工作过程中,锤片直接与玉米秸秆等物料接触,主要靠其侧刃将物料抓取进入揉碎室并揉撕成丝状。所接触物料虽柔软,但锤片工作一段时间由于磨损会出现切向圆角和断面圆角而使锤片变钝,使锤片长时间处在无刃状态下工作,对物料的抓取及揉撕作用明显降低。本论文针对揉碎机锤片的磨损形式和特点,提出自磨刃锤片试验研究。通过对低碳钢制造的矩形锤片进行表面固体渗碳及相应的热处理,使锤片中两侧面(刃
2、面)金相组织为高碳回火马氏体,中间部位为低碳回火马氏体,造成刃面与锤面间部分明显的硬度差,锤片高硬度的刃面磨损量远小于侧刃中间部分(锤面)的磨损量。采用正交试验,探索渗碳层深度、渗碳层硬度分布与固体渗碳工艺参数之间的关系。关键词:揉碎机;锤片;固体渗碳;自磨刃StudyontheAutogenouslyGrindingHammerofRubbingMachinebySolidCarburizingAbstractThehammerisallimportantandrapidwearpartofrubbingmachineandgringder.Duringtheworkin
