1、摘要船舶自动识别系统(AIS)设备的装船使用，使船舶的航行安全和营运效率大大提高。但是AIS设备的价格相对昂贵，对于小于300总吨的船舶国际海事组织(tMO)未作出强制安装规定，这样就存在着装有MS的船舶与未装AIS的船舶存在交流盲区，有安全隐患。本文由此提出了基于GPRS的虚拟AIS系统，可以为内河及近岸的船舶提供便宜廉价的具有AIS功能的虚拟AIS系统，可以作为现有AIS系统的一个很好补充。虚拟AIS系统充分利用现有的GPRS网络，搭建一个无线通信平台。然后通过WinSocket技术，实现船舶客户端与监控中心的联网。监控中心通过GPRS网络获取末装AIS船舶的信息，同时通过岸站AIS串

2、口获取装有MS船舶的信息，这样监控中心就获得了所有船舶的信息。然后监控中心通过信息解包，分析信息类别，把信息通过GPRS网络转发给各自相关船舶。本文研究了虚拟AIS的系统结构，构建了基于GPRSVPN的网络，然后利用ⅥsualC++60为开发工具，处理AIS信息，进行WinSocket编程，实现了船舶客户端与监控中心的TCP／IP链接，按照AIS的信息格式进行信息的发送和接收，使得监控中心能实时监控进入链接的所有船舶状态，而未装AIS的船舶和装有AIS的船舶也能实现互见，进行有效避让。关键词：船舶自动识别系统，GPRSVPN，WinSocket编程Abs仃actAutomaticIdent
