2、益密切，跨文化交际研究也进入了一个新的时期。而以自然科学为主要特征的西方文明带来了种种弊端，于是人们开始思考如何实现人类的长远发展，对此，在学术领域众多学者也提出利用东方文明来缓解和解决当代各种社会矛盾。目前对中国文化的研究主要集中在中外文化对比以及探讨文化如何影响跨文化交际，但是在学术领域中，从世界和平与发展角度对中国文化包容性的研究甚少。中国儒家思想倡导和谐的发展理念，主张天人合一，体现了其对外来文化的强大包容力。文化包容性不仅指一个文化对外来优秀文化的理解和接受程度，更重要的是在原有的文化体系的基础上重新定义外来文

3、化的能力，从而赋予其本族文化独有的特色、丰富自身文化。文化包容性的研究为缓和当前社会发展困境提供了新的视角，对优化跨文化交际具有重要的启示和指导作用，对世界和平与发展前景有着重要的理论和实践意义。本文从中国儒家文化的核心思想入手，对孔子和谐发展理念的主要观点和新发展进行简要的阐述，并分析了西方文化的基础思想。在此基础上，运用霍夫斯泰德的文化模型理论阐释中国主流价值观，得出以下结论：中国比较倾向于集体主义，倾向于男性化，不确定性规避程度较低，权力距离较高，具有最强的长期导向。然后探讨这些价值观如何促进中国文化的包容力，并举

4、例说明包容性在中国文化中的具体表现。最后，将文化包容性研究落实到跨文化交际的实际应用中，阐明包容性对跨文化交际的促进作用，提出交际过程中应该允许文化多样性的存在、采取动态的交际模式、倡导文化互补。通过将儒家包容性思想应用到跨文化交际实践中，为和谐发展提供了理论和实践参考，为丰富和促进跨文化交际研究贡献一份微薄之力。关键词：文化包容性；跨文化交际；儒家思想；和谐AbstractDuringthelastfewdecadesthestudyoninterculturalcommunicationhascomeintoanew
