2、输公司的船队发展就成为了必须要面对和解决的问题。本文正是从这一角度出发，从海运市场现状入手，以大连富晟船务有限公司为研究对象，分析运力的需求和供给情况，运用线性规划的方法，以年总营运费用最小为目标函数建立船队规划模型，经过论证提出了未来5年大连富晟船务有限公司船队建设和发展更趋于合理化的意见和建议，即在稳定小型船舶运输市场的同时，积极买、租总吨在10000吨以上的内贸成品油运输船舶，加大该类型船舶的投入，同时要积极拓展市场，争取更多的货源，及时掌握市场信息和政策的变化，灵活经营，优化船队，从而满足未来5年内贸成品油运输市场的需要。通过对大连富晟公司船队的分析和研究
