2、软环境的涵义和构成，旨在阐述大连海港13岸服务软环境存在的优、劣势。13岸服务的产品具有生产和消费同时进行的特点，这就从某种程度上导致了大连海港口岸服务体系难以标准化衡量。其次，影响大连海港口岸服务软环境的因素很多，本文采用模糊综合评判的方法对海港口岸服务软环境涉及到的因素进行评判，分析出在大连海港口岸服务软环境中，航运交易服务是一个比较薄弱的方面，针对航运交易服务出现的具体问题，提出今后加强大连海港口岸航运交易的若干对策，谋求继续完善、强化航运交易服务的可行性方法。最后，本文从主要影响大连海港口岸
