1、液压支架摘要本论文主要任务是论述液压支架的主要设计过程。分析了液压支架的组成和工作原理,并对以下内容做了设计计算:液压支架的选型设计、主要参数的确定、主要零部件的设计及强度校核。根据所要求的支撑条件,采用掩护式液压支架形式。本支架针对较薄煤层赋存特点,结构紧凑,支撑效率高。支架采用四连杆机构,改善支架的受力状况,缩小支架升降过程中的顶梁前端前后移动的距离。立柱采用双伸缩液压缸,以满足支架最低及最高位置时的高度要求。平衡千斤顶采用2个Φ125mm缸径千斤顶,增加了平衡千斤顶作用可靠性以及连接装置的可靠性。底座采用中封式整体刚性底座,既可保证推移机构能顺利排出浮煤,又可提高支架整体刚
