2、20][23]isafree-runningoscillatorresonantdcdcconverterwiththeClass-EoscillatorandtheClass-Ethathasnogate-drivecircuittodrivetheMOSFET.Thiscircuitrectifier,alongwithitsdesignprocedureanddesigncurvesforanyisdrivenbythefeedbackvoltagetransformedfromtheoutputconditions.Theproposedconverteris
3、afree-running-oscillationvoltage.Exceptforthedifferencebetweenthefeedbacknetworksystemandhasnogate-drivecircuittodrivetheMOSFET.There-fore,thestructureoftheproposedconverterissimplerthanthatandthegate-drivecircuit,thecircuittopologyoftheClass-Eos-ofclassE2dcdcconverter.Theproposedconve
4、rterissuitablecillatorisalmostthesameasthatoftheClass-Einverter.There-foraconstantvoltageandconstantpoweroperationunderthefore,theClass-Eoscillatorhastheabilitytooperateabove1fixeddesignedcondition.TheproposedconverterhastheabilitytoMHzwithover90%power-conversionefficiencysincethiscir-ac
5、hieveahighpower-conversionefficiencyandlownoisesundercuitalsosatisfiestheClass-Eswitchingconditions.high-frequencyoperationbecauseofClass-Eswitchingatboththeoscillatorandtherectifier.WeinvestigateoperationsoftheThispaper,whichwaspreviouslypresentedinpartatISCASproposedconverterbycircuitex
6、perimentsandshowthevalidityof2005,1presentsanewfree-running-oscillationresonantdcdcthedesigncurves.Thispaperdenotestwoexperimentalresults.OneconverterwiththeClass-EoscillatorandtheClass-Erectifier,achieves79.3%power-conversionefficiencyunder1.54-Woutputalongwithitsdesignprocedureanddesig
7、ncurves.Forthepoweratanoperatingfrequency2.00MHz.Theotherdoes80.5%designoftheproposedconverter,itisnecessarytoderivede-under1.60-Woutputpoweratanoperatingfrequency1.98MHz.signvaluesthatsimultaneouslyachieve15conditions,namely,IndexTerms—Class-Eoscillator,Class-Erectifier,Class-Ebounda
