4、chnologygivesvoxelcomputation.ThebirthofNVIDIA®CUDA™technologycomputationallyintensiveapplicationsaccesstotheandCUDA-enabledGPUsbroughtarevolutioninthegeneraltremendousprocessingpowerofNVIDIAgraphicspurposeGPUarea.Inthispaper,weproposetheprocessingunits(GPUs)througharevolutionary
5、newimplementationofseveralmedicalimagesegmentationalgorithmsusingCUDAandCUDA-enabledGPUs,compareprogramminginterface.CUDAalsoprovidesordersoftheirperformanceandresultstothepreviousimplementationinmagnitudemoreperformanceandsimplifiessoftwareoldversionofGPUandCPU,indicatetheadvant
6、agesofusingdevelopmentbyusingthestandardClanguage[4].CUDAtechnologyandhowtodesignalgorithmtomakefulluseSegmentationisafundamentalprobleminthemedicalofit.imageanalysis.Thegeneralsegmentationproblemistheprocessofpartitioninganimageordata-setintoanumberofKeywords—CUDA,GPU,Segmentati
