3、nalB-Splineswillbeimplementedasthedeviationfunctions.Comparedtocurrentline-contactgearsofinvolutepro®les,someofthesenewpro®lescouldachievegreateraveragepro®leconformity,whichresultsinde-creasedcontactstresses,andcouldalsoachievedecreasedbendingstresses.Sincethesegea

6、resultinsmallerandlessexpensivemachinery.Currentlytherearethreetypesoftoothpro®lesthatareusedingeardesign:theinvolute,cycloidal,andcirculararc:orNovikov)[4±6].Themostcommonlyusedpro®leistheinvolute,whichhastheadvantagesofline-contactmeshing,constantpressureangle,ins
