2、并分别给予了评价。本文在第三章对几个发达国家的医疗举证责任分配制度进行了考察，并得到了启示：我国在医疗侵权诉讼中应该坚持“谁主张，谁举证”的举证责任分配原则，同时也应该通过一些证据规则来缓和患者的举证责任。本文第四章对于完善我国医疗侵权举证责任分配制度提出了相关建议，通过举证责任分配与相关制度的完善，能够更好地平衡医患双方的利益，达到缓解医患矛盾的目的。关键词：医疗侵权纠纷举证责任举证责任分配作者：沈煜指导教师：方新军IAbstractStudyontheAllocationofBurdenofProofinMedicalT
