1、摘要新时期，我国的科技奖励政策为整个科技发展提供了强有力的政策支持，使科技进步取得了明显的成效。但是，我国的科技奖励政策应该在对科技奖励现实的正确认识以及对科技奖励政策发展特点的深刻理解上有选择的发展。本文通过对改革开放之后三十年来我国科技奖励政策发展历史的回顾，把其分为三个阶段，即恢复、深化和改革完善阶段，采用比较的、系统的、实证的研究方法总结科技奖励政策发展的特点，包括适应科技发展战略的需要，奖励结构多元化，评审科学化，以及奖励重点转向开发研究和应用研究等。对新时期科技奖励政策发展过程中出现的一些问题进行了分析和研究，这些问题包括奖励强度不够，基

2、础研究领域获奖比例低以及奖励体系不合理等几个方面。针对这些问题对如何进一步完善科技奖励政策提出了一些切实可行的建议，这些建议包括积极发挥科技奖励政策的导向作用，提高科技奖励的强度，改革科技奖励体系结构等。希望能对现行科技奖励政策的改革有所裨益。关键词：新时期科技奖励政策AbstractInthenewera,awardpolicyforscienceandtechnologyinourcountryofferspowerfulpolicysupporttothedevelopmentofscienceandtechnology,realizinggr
