2、国加大改革开放政策的脚步，同时，两国在日益密切的经贸活动中能够逐渐完善双边的法律法规。本文在阐释国际贸易理论和国际合作理论的基础上，一方面展现了蒙中经贸合作的现状及特点；另一方面通过SWOT分析，论述了蒙中经贸合作中的优势和劣势，剖析了两国经贸合作面临的机遇，同时对对蒙中经贸合作造成影响和威胁的国家和集团因素做了重点解析；最后，本文对战略伙伴关系背景下，蒙中双方如何进一步深化两国的经贸合作，提出了一些政策性的意见和建议，并为蒙中合作指明了政策方向，具有一定的可行性和建设性。关键词：蒙古经济发展；蒙中经贸合作；S
