1、南京林业大学硕士学位论文苏北木材加工产业组织研究姓名：赵晶申请学位级别：硕士专业：林业经济管理指导教师：许向阳20090201摘要苏北地区经济水平在江苏乃至全国范围内相对比较落后，而该地区工业基础又相对薄弱，所以利用该地区现有农业、林业基础，提高经济效益是该地区进一步发展的必然战略选择。其中，木材加工产业的发展将在推进苏北地区发展中发挥至关重要的作用。本文通过对苏北木材加工市场进行产业组织学分析、分析市场结构、研究企业的市场行为、评价该产业绩效，为苏北木材加工产业的发展提供策略参考。通过研究我们发现：苏北木材加工产业的市场具有原子型市场的特征，是一个类似完全竞争的市场

2、结构，这样的市场结构也就决定了苏北木材加工产业中厂商的市场行为和整个市场绩效。通过对苏北木材加工产业企业数量、产品状况、定价行为、广告行为、企业创新和合作博弈行为对市场绩效的影响分析，可以看出，苏北木材加工产业虽然市场结构属于原子型，但是仍然存在企业规模小，资源浪费严重，生产的相对效率低下，产品质量不稳定，技术进步缓慢，产品雷同，品种少等问题，所以总体说苏北木材加工产业的市场绩效不佳。但是通过苏北木材加工企业的合作博弈行为比如并购重组、分工协作等，市场的相对生产效率有逐步提高的趋势。最后，本文从外部环境(政府层面)和内部环境(企业层面)提出了苏北木材加工产业进一步发展
