1、摘要目的探讨Stathmin蛋白及mRNA在胃癌发展过程中的意义及其对血管生成的影响。方法1.使用免疫组织化学法检测120例胃癌组织、癌旁组织及30例非肿瘤组织胃黏膜中Stathmin和CDl05的表达,并分析其与胃癌临床病理参数之间的关系,用CDl05标记胃癌组织的微血管并测其密度(MVD)。2.使用实时荧光定量RT—PCR法检测120例胃癌组织中Stathmin及CDl05mRNA的表达情况。分析StathminmRNA表达与临床病理学参数之间的关系,并对Stathmin和CDl05进行相关性分
