2、，即羊的繁殖具有季节性，屠宰也具有季节性，达不到全年屠宰的规模。利用胚胎移植技术对优质肉羊进行快速繁育是加快育种进程与迅速提高肉羊肉用品质的捷径。本实验以黑头萨福克羊和德国美利奴羊为供体羊，受体羊选择当地地方品种蒙古羊，进行胚胎移植，获得如下结果：首先，对供体羊（79只）和受体羊（600只）采用阴道栓法进行同期发情处理，结果显示，供体羊同期发情率为4月龄12只黑头萨福克羊发情率为91.67％，6月龄8只黑头萨福克羊发情率为100％，8月龄8只黑头萨福克羊发情率为100％，12～24月龄黑头萨福克羊12只发情率为91.67％。12～24月龄德国美利奴羊39只发情率为

3、94.87％，受体羊为95.5％。经统计分析发现，不同年龄之间的黑头萨福克羊发情率差异不显著（P>0.05）。不同品种羊之间发情率差异不显著（P>0.05）。4月龄11只黑头萨福克羊头均冲胚数4.5枚，可用胚数4.4枚，移植妊娠率为41.12％。6月龄8只黑头萨福克羊头均冲胚数5.5枚，可用胚数5.2枚，移植妊娠率为48.57％。8月龄8只黑头萨福克羊头均冲胚数6.5枚，可用胚数5.6枚，移植妊娠率为55.56％。12～24月龄11只黑头萨福克羊头均冲胚数7.8枚，可用胚数7.4枚，移植妊娠率为71.76％。37只德国美利奴羊头均冲胚数9.3枚，可用胚9.1枚，移

4、植妊娠率为65.14％。经统计分析结果表明，4月龄黑头萨福克羊冲胚数和可用胚数与12～24月龄黑头萨福克羊冲胚数和可用胚数之间存在显著差异（0.010.05）。不同年龄之间的黑头萨福克羊移植妊娠率和不同品种之间，移植妊娠率差异均不显著（P>0.05）。关键词：黑头萨福克羊；德国美利奴羊；胚胎移植；同期发情；超数排卵ApplicationandPopularizationofEmbryoTransferTechniqueinSheepAbst
