2、r2013万方数据万方数据河北工业大学硕士学位论文摘要FDI(ForeignDirectInvestment)，即外商直接投资。作为世界经济各个经济体之间相互依赖、互相联系的基本途径，外商直接投资早已成为开放宏观经济市场、均衡地区内外发展的重要组成部分。自1978年我国实行改革开放政策以来，社会主义市场经济体制逐步建立完善，大量外商投资走进国门，涌向我国多个行业、领域。大量外资的进入使我国经济实现了快速的发展并取得了长足的进步。在经济全球化和区域经济一体化全面发展的今天，河北省服务业外商直接投资起步晚、起点低以及粗放式管理等原因使得我省服务业外资的发展受到了一定程度的制约。本文从河北省产业

3、结构、外商直接投资整体情况以及服务业外资状况等多个方面进行了详细的研究，并运用主成分分析以及时间序列分析等方法建立有关河北省服务业吸引FDI影响因素的研究。通过研究，我们发现市场规模、人力资源和服务业繁荣度对影响河北省服务业吸引FDI起到了决定性的作用。于此同时本文根据实证研究结果给出了关于服务业吸引FDI的政策建议。关键字：外商直接投资服务业灰色关联因子分析时间序列I万方数据河北省服务业吸引FDI研究ABSTRACTForeigndirectinvestmenthasbecomethebasicwaythattheworldiscontactedwitheachother,reliedo
