1、摘要金融发展和收入差距问题均是经济学重点研究的问题，改革开放以来我国金融体系获得了长足的发展，国民收入水平大幅提高，然而我们必须面对的问题是城乡收入差距也在越来越大。因此有必要就金融发展与城乡收入差距之间的关系进行研究。在此方面，已经有大量的学者进行了广泛而深入的研究。在我国二元经济的基本前提下，城乡金融的发展是不均衡的。但是大多数学者仅是从整体金融的角度研究了二者的关系；还有部分学者注意到农村金融发展的特殊性，从农村金融发展的角度出发来研究农村金融发展与城乡收入差距之间的关系。基于上述情况，本文以国内外相关研究成果为基础，在我国二元经济的基本国情的背景下，从城乡金融发展不均衡的角度出发，以

2、江苏省为研究区域，运用理论分析、实证分析等方法较为系统的研究了江苏省城乡金融非均衡发展与城乡收入差距之间关系。本文首先回顾了相关的文献，并在此基础上总结出了金融发展对城乡收入差距的影响机制；紧接着整理了江苏省1996—201l与金融发展和收入差距相关的统计数据，对江苏省金融发展的不平衡性和江苏省城乡收入差距的现在进行了定性的描述；最后针对这两者之间的关系，通过建立VAR模型、协整建议、脉冲响应函数、差方分解的计量手段进行了定量的实证研究，并得出了相关实证研究结果。本文研究表明：江苏省金融发展规模、效率、结构的不均衡均会拉大城乡收入差距；江苏省城乡金融效率的非均衡对江苏省城乡收入差距的影响的贡
