2、的核心组成部分。低碳经济的发展必然离不开经济生产中低碳制造模式的应用。本文立足区域低碳经济发展的特定要求，从经济发展型态、生态工业园区建设、区域内物质流三个维度探寻低碳制造模式，确立了包含区域低碳经济相关体制改革，功能性生态工业园创建以及区域经济条件下低碳技术体系在内的低碳制造模式。生产是经济发展的原动力，本文把低碳经济这一宏观命题微缩，从区域经济框架下分析低碳生产模式，围绕生产制造提出相应的低碳改进策略，提出低碳评价系统，实现区域低碳经济要求下低碳制造目的。关键词：低碳经济功能型生态工业园物质流
