3、00240,China)Abstract:Characteristicsoftheremovalrateofsulfurandnitrogenbyhydrofiningforoilfrompyrolysisofscraptiresinpilo-tscalerotarykilnwasinvestigated.Theeffectwofreactiontemperature(240e~390e),-1-1pressure(2.0MPa~3.0MPa),volumeairspeed(1.0h~2.0h)andhydrog
4、enoilvolumeratio(800B1~1200B1)wereexamined.Reactiontemperaturehasaremarkableinfluenceontheremovalrateofsulfurandnitrogen.Reactionpressuredoesnotshowobviousimpactontheremovalrateforlightfractionpyrolyticoi.lHowever,higherreactionpressureimprovestheremovalratef
5、ormiddlefractionpyrolyticoi,lespeciallydenitrogenationrate.Lowervolumeairspeedandhigherhydrogenoilvolumeratioincreasetheremovalrateofbothsulfurandnitrogen.Theoptmiumconditionisacquiredforlightfractionpyrolyticoi,lthatis360e,3.0MPa,-1volumeairspeedof2.0h,andhy
6、drogenoilvolumeratioof800B1.Therateofdesulfurizationanddenitrogenationareover97%.Underthisconditionthemasscontentofsulfurafterhydrofiningis0.025%,reachingnationalstandardofautomobileunleadedgasolineforsulfurwhichislowerthan0.1%.Formiddlefractionpyrolyticoi,lw
