5、ontinents.Theprogramof35paperswasselectedfrom48submissions.Eachpaperwasreviewedbyatleasttwoprogramcommitteemembersand,inmanycases,byadditionalreviewers.Priortotheworkshop,revisedversionsofacceptedpaperswereinformallypublishedontheworkshop’sWebsiteandonaCDthatwasd
6、istributedatthemeeting.Thisyear,theworkshopwasorganizedintosessionsofpapersonrelatedtopics,andeachsessionconsistedofaninitialsegmentof20-minutepresentationsfollowedbyaninformal20-minutepanelanddiscussionbetweentheattendeesandallthesession’spresenters.Thisnewforma
7、tbothgeneratedmanyinterestingandlivelydiscussionsandreducedtheoveralltimeneededperpaper.Basedonfeedbackfromtheworkshop,thepaperswererevisedandsubmittedforinclusionintheformalproceedingspublishedinthisvolume.Theinformalproceedingsandpresentationswillremainavailabl
