1、小麦Puroindolineb-2基因变异与产量相关性状的分析河南农业大学农学院/河南省粮食作物协同创新中心,河南郑州450002陈锋李向楠曹莹莹孙建喜张福彦董中东崔党群摘要:Puroindolineb-2(Pinb-2)是近期发现的一组与Puoindolineb基因具有高度相似性的基因。先前研究已经表明,Pinb-2基因在普通小麦B基因组中存在有多种变异类型,软质麦中不同变异类型间籽粒硬度存在着显著差异。本研究在此基础上进一步分析了普通小麦B基因组中的Pinb-2基因等位变异与产量相关性状以及旗叶大小的关系,并利用重组近交系群体进行了染色体定位。结果表明,4种不同变异类型的材料中,拥有P
2、inb-2v3b类型的小麦品种千粒重、籽粒直径、穗粒数、穗粒重和单株粒重均为最高,表明拥有Pinb-2v3b类型的小麦品种产量相关性状可能优于其它3种类型。另外,拥有Pinb-2v3a类型的小麦品种旗叶宽度、旗叶长度和旗叶面积均高于其它3种类型。采用SSR标记定位结果表明,Pinb-2v2和Pinb-2v3互为一对等位基因,位于7B染色体的长臂上,与标记Barc315连锁。本研究为进一步研究Puroindolineb-2基因的分子遗传基础提供了重要的理论依据,同时也为我国高产小麦育种提供了有用信息。关键词:普通小麦;Puroindolineb-2基因;产量相关性状;旗叶大小;基因定位Ana

5、Pinb-2alleleswithyield-relatedtraitsandflagleafsizeaswellasgeneticmappingofPinb-2inbreadwheat.ResultsindicatedthatcultivarswithPinb-2v3bpossessedthehighest1000-kernelweight,graindiameter,grainnumberperspike,grainweightperspikeandgrainweightperplantamongstwheatcultivarswithfourofPinb-2v2,Pinb-2v3a,
6、Pinb-2v3bandPinb-2v3c.Therefore,aconclusioncouldbedrawnthatcultivarswithPinb-2v3bpossiblyhavemorepreferableyield-relatedtraitsthanthoseofothers.Additionally,cultivarswithPinb-2v3aallelepossessedthehighestvalueofwidth,lengthandareaofflagleafamongwheatgenotypeswithfourPinb-2alleles.Geneticmappingind
7、icatedthatPinb-2locuswaslocatedonthelongarmofchromosome7Binbreadwheat,whichwaslinkedtoSSRmarkerBarc315.ThisstudycouldprovidebetterunderstandingofmolecularandgeneticbasisofPuroindolineb-2genesandalsoprovideusefuli
