4、verabinarysymmetricchannel.WeproposeaniterativeprocedureControllerwhichcanjointlyoptimizeadaptiveencoder–decoderpairsforasensorsensorcertaintyequivalencecontroller.Thegoalistominimizeadesigncriterion,inparticular,thelinearquadratic(LQ)costfunctionoverafinitehorizon.Thealgorithml
