1、人工泪液治疗青光眼白内障联合术后干眼症的临床效果分析高凡1张蓓2王彦荣3作者单位：陕西省延安市人民医院眼科，716000通信作者：高凡，女，主治医师，gaofan0923@sina.com摘要：探讨人工泪液治疗青光眼联合白内障术后干眼症的临床效果。对我院2014年6月至2016年6月期间收治的80例青光眼合并白内障手术后干眼症的患者进行分析，将80例患者分为研究组与对照组，两组各40例，对照组40例患者给予常规治疗，研究组40例患者在常规治疗基础上给予人工泪液治疗。对比两组患者术前与术后泪膜破裂时间（tearbrak-uptimeBU

2、T）、基础泪液分泌（schirmerItestSIT），比较两组患者用药之前与用药之后干眼症状评分。治疗后，两组患者的BUT、SIT水平均优于治疗前，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗之后研究组患者的BUT、SIT水平均优于对照组患者，两组差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗之前，两组患者干眼症评分无明显差异，不具备统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗之后第2周与第4周，研究组患者干眼症状评分明显低于对照组患者，两组差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。人工泪液治疗青光眼白内障联合手术后干眼症的临床效果十分显著，可在临床治疗中推广

5、routinetreatment.Thetearfilmrupturetime,secretionⅠtearandthescoresofdryeyesymptomwerecomparedbetweenthetwogroupsbeforeandafterthetreatment.Aftertreatment,theBUTandSITlevelsofthetwogroupswerebetterthanthosebeforetreatment,thedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).

6、Aftertreatment,theBUTandSITlevelsofthestudygroupwerebetterthanthecontrolgroup,(P<0.05).Beforethetreatment,therewasnosignificantdifferencebetweenthetwogroupsinthetermsofthescoresofdryeyesymptom(P>0.05).Inthesecondandfourthweeksafterthetreatment,thescoresofdryeyesymptomin
